14-day withdrawal

You can withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the parts, without giving a reason. Consumers in the EU and UK have this right by law (Directive 2011/83/EU); we offer it to consumers in every country.

To withdraw, tell us clearly within the 14 days at the contact details on the Imprint page, for example with the form below. Send the parts back unused, complete and in their original packaging within 14 days after that.

Costs and refund

You pay the cost of returning the parts and any customs fees for the return. We refund the price and the standard shipping cost you paid, within 14 days of receiving the parts back (or proof that you sent them), using the payment method you used. Import duties charged by your country are refunded only if the customs authority refunds them.

When the right does not apply

Parts made or modified to your specification or for your specific car, software calibrated for your car, and parts that have been fitted, used or damaged cannot be returned under the withdrawal right. Fitting services cannot be withdrawn from once carried out.

Faulty parts

If a part is faulty or not as described, contact us: we repair, replace or refund it under the statutory warranty (see Terms, section 7). In that case we pay the return shipping.
