Strictly necessary

“dd-consent” (local storage, 12 months): remembers your choice in the cookie banner.

“dd-entered” (session storage, until you close the tab): remembers that you have seen the intro animation.

“payload-token” (cookie): only set when staff log in to the admin area.

These are needed for the site to work as you asked and do not require consent. Your cart is kept only in the open page and is not stored.

Payments

If you pay by card you are sent to Stripe’s checkout page, which sets its own cookies for fraud prevention and payment. See stripe.com/privacy.

Statistics and marketing

We currently use no analytics, advertising or social media tracking. If we add any, it will run only after you accept it in the cookie banner, and it will be listed here.
